Cooking in the modern Demeyere pressure cooker is fast and healthy, easy and economic, silent and perfectly safe! Reducing cooking times by upto 70%, flavour and nutrition is retained. The pressure level can be set in advance and each 18/10 stainless steel cooker has a triple safety system so it can't be opened accidently.

Requiring only a small amount of water, food cooked in this way retains essential vitamins and minerals. The excellent thermoconductive base guarantees a uniform spread of heat, saving energy and time. The pressure cooker can also be used as a conventional steamer with any of the 24cm Demeyere steamers or as a regular cooking pot with a 24 cm lid. It comes equiped with a stainless steel sieve to ensure food has minimal contact with the water.
