This grill has a 32cm cooking surface with all the superior qualities of stainless steel. Acidic foods, such as tomatoes or vinegar, will not be affected (as they can be by aluminium or cast iron), nor will they cause discolouration of the grill. The handles stay cool while cooking on the stovetop. The Maxigrill can be used on all cooking surfaces, under the grill or in the oven. The surface of the grill distributes heat evenly and is designed so that foods can be removed easily. It is also dishwasher safe!
